空調 Panel LED 燈改造

上次整好左電趟門既燈制 LED 後，今次係將空調 Panel 既燈泡改為成 LED

左面 LED ， 右面燈泡。


先拆左個 Panel出黎。將燈泡連座拆出黎。然後挑起座既幼電線，將個燈泡拉出黎同個座分離。

LED 我用貼片既 LED，因為發光角度比較大，唔會集中係前面。

用 兩粒 330 歐 1/6 W 既電阻焊上去 LED，焊接完成後，電阻既腳穿返去燈座個入面既小圓孔！之後好似燈泡個條幼電線咁屈係個座既凹槽到。

貼片 LED + 電阻 既樣子。我呢粒 LED 發光角度都唔夠大，平面既發光角度會再大D，有個半圓凸出既角度會細過成粒平既。


LED 裝好在燈座的樣子！


試多次著唔著唔著先！


完成後就可以將 LED 連燈座裝返入去個 Panel 到！

留意，因為 LED 有分 正負，所以裝好左之後唔好咁心急裝返好個 Panel ，先插好線，車匙拎一格匙，按一下 Panel 既 AUTO 制，記住要按制，因為如果抆過個插要插返，個 空調系統關左既，燈係關左，要按制先會開！睇下著唔著燈！如果唔著，咁就要拆左個燈泡，轉 180 度放返入去，咁就應該會著！唔著既原因係正負極唔岩，轉 180 度呢個動作係將 LED 既正負極對返岩線路正負極。

完成後。


下一次，會改埋按制燈做 LED！

電趟門開關制燈，更換大行動！

拆左兩個制出黎。
點拆出黎？
要用暴力，先將成個按制面板拆出黎，然後係後面按低個扣拆出黎。



然後用支一字螺絲批，用力了起個扣。如下圖，兩面都有扣既！


開門，關門個制拆左就係咁。小心唔好整爛個接觸片！裝返既時候要留意個接觸滑件要放岩位置，如果唔係，裝返之後可能冇功能！！因為個滑件唔岩位！

另外，ON/OFF 個制，入面有粒小鐵珠，拆既時候小心，唔好跌左唔見！


燈泡係成組野可以抆出黎！


換 LED，我用 2 粒 270歐既電阻，焊上去代替兩邊既 LED 腳！

留意 LED 係有分 正負極既，有缺口個邊係負極。

圖中開關門制，上係正，下面係負。

攪掂， OPEN/CLOSE 用藍色， ON/OFF 用白色。
目的係易分，因為圖案一樣。
開細燈就會著。

遙控手制換電池

如果你發覺有時個遙控好似唔多得，有時遙控唔到，咁就係時候要換電池喇！

準備好電池一粒，CR1620。相機鋪可能有！我去鴨寮街買既，$4一粒。
小型螺絲批，十字同一字都要。

先用十字螺絲批，鬆開車匙上面既螺絲，然後用支一字螺絲批係前面了開個蓋，用字闊既一字批會比較容易了開！



了開左就係咁架啦，留意粒電既擺放方向，換既時候唔好反轉放。


用支一字螺絲批了起粒電，換返粒新既上去。


合返好個蓋就得喇，裝返螺絲。攪掂！

HID 色溫

唔同既色溫，我地睇到既顏色會有唔同。

K 數越大，越藍。一般 5000K ~ 7000K 最接近白色！

去到 8000K 已經明顯帶藍色！

4300K 又好似好黃咁，不過上一代既 Corolla 原裝 HID 應該係 4300K。
另外，以我所見好少原廠 HID 會超過 6000K 色溫。

車匙的遙控功能

香港 Prairie 有一款原裝車匙，內帶遙控功能。

可以遙控電趟門開關，開車尾窗。

車尾窗遙控開既方法係，按 unlock 一下，見到架車閃左燈，再按多一下就會自動開個車尾窗。

中控錶板燈

中控冷氣燈，更換方法，先拆左個框框。框框式有兩個凹位，用支一支螺絲批了起就可以拉出。



跟住拆埋中控左右4支螺絲。成個拎出黎，後而有電線連住。



顯示器既燈，係頂部換，左右一粒，拆左出黎，一般零件鋪會有。上次我買$10一粒。

如果換按制既燈，係底部換。左右各一粒，各負責兩個按制既光。留意，呢燈燈係比較短既，我係出面零件鋪都搵唔到，最後去日產零件中心買，$53 一粒。

或者可以自己買燈泡換入去個座到都得。不過我未試過。或者有時間會考慮下換 LED

雷神，安裝完成

重新拉過地線，裝埋個雷神。
初步感覺低轉反應好左，睇個電錶，電壓高左少少。

換左 2 條地線，跟雷神黎既。

打南磨一條，盤頂一條，中缸一條，天風一條，左面沙板一條。

Wheel Offset

如果 17 寸既 (17 x 7J)，Prairie 可以用 +38 offset。

但我依家用緊 +45 offset。

INSET

The inset indicates the distance from the center of the rim to the attaching disk part (unit:m/m). As seen in the attached drawing, the inset is indicated by "+" when the fitting surface extends beyond the central line of the rim and "-" when it is falls within. Caution is required to prevent the tire from coming into contact with the fender of the vehicle or the brake caliper if the insets are very different.

P.C.D

The number of bolts used to install a wheel varies from 4 to 6 depending on the vehicle model (except for some vehicle type), thus the wheel to be installed should also possess the same number of hub bolt holes. P.C.D. stands for pitch circle diameter, and indicates the diameter of the circle in mm connecting the center of each hub bolt. Since the P.C.D. also varies according to the vehicle model, make sure a suitable one is selected.

CLEARANCE

Fender clearance indicates the marginal space between the tire and the fender or body of the vehicle. Inner clearance indicates the distance between the tire and wheel and the body part which is positioned close-set to the tire and wheel. Dimensions for both right and left clearance should be measured on a level surface, and the smaller value is then considered as the inner clearance.
